He shall act as chief architect to handle activities related to the Merchant Banking. He acts as the Principal Officer of the Company.

Mr. Hill Shah is a Chartered Accountant with 3 years of experience in the field of merchant banking and other corporate financial matters. Mr. Hill has a deep understanding of drafting of offer documents, conducting due diligence, financial markets, investment strategies, risk management, and financial regulations.

His ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, helps in building relationships and fostering trust with various stakeholders. The combination of financial expertise, regulatory knowledge, attention to detail, ethical conduct, and strategic thinking makes him as well-suited for the role of key managerial personnel of the organization. He has worked with Microsoft India (R&D) Private Limited as a financial analyst. He has more than 3 years of experience in the field of Financial Analysis.
